Who we are
MerryCrown (merrycrown.co.uk) is the data controller for personal data collected through our pages. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We only collect data you choose to give us through the contact form (name, email address and message) and, if you accept optional cookies, anonymised usage statistics. We never ask for payment details or account passwords.
How we use it
Contact form data is used solely to reply to your enquiry. Usage statistics help us improve our content. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with operators or marketers.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form only.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Email hello@merrycrown.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
Our pages are served over HTTPS and access to stored messages is restricted.
